All Beef Fresh Bratwurst

Our seasonal all beef Fresh Bratwurst in a pork casing. We like them seared then simmered in a nice hefeweizen or amber beer, sliced onions, and lacto-fermented sauerkraut! You can also throw them on the grill or smoker or simmer them down bangers and mash style. Check out the recipe on our blog!
