Brisket Whole and Halved
Weighing in at 7-8lbs+ whole or 4lbs halved, this cut is great for slow cooking in the oven or in the smoker. We like to sear it and then slow cook it for hours wrapped in foil or a baking bag to create a classic moist and tender BBQ.
